CHARACTER :  the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual...

What is your character saying about you?

Who do you want to be?

Are your actions in alignment with who you say you are?

Give those questions some thought for a moment...

Character is a choice. We create our character every time we make one:

     -to give up or dig out of a tough situation 

     -to bend the truth, or stand firm 

     -to compromise or pay the price

Do your words and actions match?

When you say you will do something do you always follow through?

Can people trust your word?

Leaders, your character is your most important asset.  Your actions are the real indicator.

As you approach the day, think about your character and what makes you who you are. If there is something you don't like, you have the power to change it.  Make a plan, Be that person but better.  Honor yourself.
