Monday Madness | Mindset, Meaning & the Harvest We’re Cultivating

Pause with that for a moment...


As leaders, change agents, and influencers, we often underestimate how much our internal narrative shapes external outcomes—especially during seasons marked by uncertainty, political noise, and the emotional weight winter can bring.


Before diving into the demands of the week, invite yourself into intentional presence:


Take a slow breath in…

Release it fully…

Again—inhale clarity…

Exhale tension…

One more time—ground yourself here, now.


From a coaching lens, this pause is not indulgent—it’s strategic self-regulation.

  • What thoughts have you been rehearsing lately—by choice or by default?


  • Which mental habits are energizing your leadership… and which are quietly depleting it?


  • If your current mindset produced a harvest in 90 days, what would you be reaping?
