Take a deep breath... Exhale... Reflect...
What has this year taught you that has changed the way you lead, live, or serve others?
Preparation is everything.
We are navigating uncertain and rapidly changing times. Faith does not eliminate challenges—it strengthens our capacity to meet them with wisdom, resilience, and intention.
Continue learning. Ask thoughtful questions. Finish the class. Develop your gifts. Share what you’ve learned. Most importantly, encourage someone else along the way.
Scripture reminds us:
“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up…”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NIV)
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I often remind clients that lasting influence begins with self-awareness, intentionality, and the willingness to partner with others in ways that evoke awareness, inspire growth, and cultivate meaningful action.
Influence isn’t about titles or authority.
It is reflected in your character... Your consistency... Your presence... Your willingness to help others become the very best version of themselves.
Leadership expert John C. Maxwell teaches that leadership begins at home. When we intentionally invest in the people closest to us, that positive influence naturally extends into our workplaces, organizations, and communities.

Share these reflection questions with at least two people. a colleague, family member, friend, or member of your team.
Listen deeply... Stay curious... Notice what emerges...
Meaningful conversations often become transformational moments.
Lead intentionally... Encourage generously... Serve authentically...
Faith isn’t waiting for the future—it’s preparing for it today.
Keep showing up. Keep growing. Keep believing. Your greatest influence is often built long before anyone applauds it.
