Freedom Friday | Faith Requires Courage

Good Morning & Happy Freedom Friday!
Take a moment and let that quote settle in.
What if faith isn’t about knowing exactly where you’re going?
What if it’s trusting yourself enough to take the next step—even when you can no longer see the shore?
August has invited us to explore FAITH—faith in ourselves, faith in what is possible, and faith that there is something beyond what we can currently see.
But faith often requires something from us: Courage.
The courage to release what is familiar. The courage to question what no longer serves us. The courage to step into uncertainty without having every answer.
As coaches and leaders, we understand that meaningful growth begins with awareness and choice.
Sometimes, we aren’t stuck because we don’t know what to do.
Sometimes, we’re standing at the edge of the shore, wondering:
“What if I take the step and it doesn’t work?”
So, consider this:
Where in your life or leadership are you being invited to step beyond what feels familiar?
What are you holding onto because it feels safe, even though you know growth may require you to let go?
What would become possible if you trusted yourself enough to take one intentional step forward?
And for leaders:
What might your team need from you right now—certainty, or the courage to acknowledge that you don’t have all the answers while still moving forward with intention?
Your Freedom Friday Invitation:
Don’t wait until you can see the entire path.
Identify one meaningful next step.
Take it.
Reflect on what you learn.
Then take the next one.
Growth rarely happens when we have everything figured out...
Be willing to remain curious, embrace uncertainty, and act with intention.
You don’t need to see the whole path to move forward. Sometimes, faith is simply taking the next step.
Keep the faith... Trust the process... Take the step.
