Freedom Friday: Owning Your Power

As a coach, I often remind clients that power isn’t about dominance — it’s about alignment. It’s the conscious choice to stand in your truth, to lead from your values, and to expand your influence with authenticity and intention.
This Freedom Friday, I invite you to reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve muted for the comfort of others or the fear of judgment. Because leadership — real, conscious leadership — requires courage to show up fully.
