Leaders,
“Know your worth” has become a powerful mantra in today’s conversations. Yet I invite you to pause and consider:
What is your worth?
How do you truly answer that question—for yourself, for your leadership, and for the communities you influence?
Take a mindful pause with me...
Deep breath in… exhale slowly.
Another deep breath in… let it go.
One more deep breath in… release it fully.
Quiet your mind. Be present. Be here.
“What you tell yourself you are, you will be.
What you allow yourself to be reflects what you have told yourself you are.” —Iyanla Vanzant
Sit with those words for a moment. What comes up for you?
Self-Value means: I know who I am.
Self-Esteem means: I am who I say I am.
Self-Worth means: I believe I am who I say I am.
You are enough. You are equipped. You bring something to the table that nobody else can. The question is: How are you choosing to show up?
Today’s Leadership Challenge:
Take intentional time to reflect, journal, or discuss with your team:
What does my ideal life look like?
What must I achieve to step into that vision?
What action steps am I ready to commit to now?
What behaviors or patterns may I need to shift?
Reflection prompts for leaders and teams:
How does your sense of worth influence the way you lead?
In what ways are you modeling self-belief for others?
Where might you be undervaluing your impact or contributions?
Don’t miss your opportunity to be the fullest version of yourself. Be intentional. Encourage those around you to do the same—and watch the ripple effect unfold.
You are worth it... You are ready...
When you anchor your worth in truth, no storm can shake your foundation.
