As another busy week comes to a close, consider this…
Faith isn’t about having every answer. It’s about choosing your next intentional step, even when the outcome is uncertain.
As coaches, leaders, and professionals, we often find ourselves navigating change, uncertainty, competing priorities, and difficult conversations. In those moments, faith becomes less about certainty and more about trust—trust in our values, our purpose, our resilience, and our capacity to learn and grow.
The International Coaching Federation,(ICF) reminds us that coaching is grounded in presence, curiosity, awareness, and partnership. Lasting transformation rarely begins with certainty—it often begins with one courageous question.
As you head into the weekend, pause and reflect:
• Where is faith inviting you to take one courageous step instead of waiting for perfect clarity?
• What belief about yourself is ready to replace fear, doubt, or hesitation?
• How might your willingness to move forward inspire those you lead, serve, or love?
Growth doesn’t always arrive with loud applause...
Sometimes it begins with a quiet decision to keep going.
Remember:
Faith doesn’t remove the obstacles—it reminds you that you are greater than them.
Keep moving forward… someone is finding courage because they watched you keep yours.
